Shirley K. Many

Shirley K. Many, age 87, of Ossining, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by those she loved, on Sunday September 29th, 2019.

Shirley was born September 24, 1932, in White Plains, NY. She was the daughter of Eva and Frank Krakenberg. Shirley attended Ossining High School where she met who would become her high school sweetheart, life partner of 70 years, and best friend, Jack. After high school Shirley worked for the Schumacher company in NYC.  Shirley and Jack married in 1955 and went on to have three children; JoAnne, Scott and Pat. Over the years Shirley volunteered as a “candy striper” at Phelps Memorial Hospital, worked in a  dermatology office, and became the heart and soul of Many’s Moving and Storage . Her most important job however, was always providing the love and support of not only her 3 children, but her 6 grandchildren as well.

Shirley is survived by her husband Jack Many, her daughter JoAnne Many, her son  Scott Many,  and her daughter Pat (Trish) Many Caceres and husband Patricio ; grandchildren Christopher Faiella and wife Karin, Josh Many, Michael Faiella and wife Ashley, Ben Many and wife Joy, Chloe Many, and Andre Caceres; great grandchildren Liam, Kaya, Maddi, and Ariana. She was truly blessed to have such a wonderful life.

Shirley was a true angel sent from heaven. Shirley brought such joy to anyone lucky enough to have known her. We all love you Mom and will always miss you so much.
