Anneliese Bockino, 94 of Yorktown Heights NY, entered into eternal rest on November 3, 2022 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was born in Cologne Germany on April 13, 1928. She grew up in Oberursel-am-Taunus during WWII. At age 2, her mother passed away and she was placed in foster care until she was 6 years old which added to the strong woman she became in life. After making her way to the United States and working at the GM plant in Tarrytown, she married the love of her life, George A. Bockino. Anneliese enjoyed cooking and baking, crocheting, knitting, sewing, needlepoint, bowling and most of all caring for her family. She was a loving, generous, caring and wonderful wife, mother, Oma, and friend. She is survived by her and her husband's three grateful children, Caroline Parziale (Lu Parziale), Diane Anton (John Califano), Georganne Dotto (Walter Dotto), her brother Wilhelm Mueller, grandchildren Daniel Anton, Michael Anton, Lucian Parziale, Victoria Dotto, and Christian Dotto. She is predeceased by her husband George Bockino and her granddaughter, Anneliese Parziale. Reposing, Waterbury & Kelly Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-7 PM. Funeral Mass, St. Augustine's Church, Ossining, NY on Monday 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY to follow.
