William W. Driver Jr. 78, of Briarcliff Manor passed away peacefully on November 1st 2024. William was born on May 8th 1946, to the late William and Helen (nee Droge) Driver in Binghamton, NY. William was predeceased by his beloved wife Sharon Humphreys in 2005. He was predeceased by his sister Barabra Newman. William is survived by his devoted children, Christopher (Kristen) Driver of Montvale, NJ and Andrea (Joseph) Simpson of Larchmont, NY, grandchildren, Christopher (CJ), Emily, Rose, and Veronica. Survived by his brother-in-law William Newman, sister-in-law Laura (Duncan) Hennes, and several nieces and nephews. William spent many years working in the New York Telephone system, followed by an academic career teaching business classes at Dominican College. William enjoyed family time on Cape Cod, golfing, and attending his grandchildren's sporting events. He was often seen walking with his beloved dog Barley in Chilmark. He will be loved and missed by family and friends.

Reposing at Waterbury & Kelly Funeral Home on Sunday November 3rd from 2 to 6 PM. Funeral services will be held at St. Therasa Church on Monday November 4th at 10 AM following an internment at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Mount Kisco NY.
