Rufino Morocho 69, of Ossining, NY passed away on March 25, 2019. Reposing, Waterbury & Kelly Funeral Home of Briarcliff Manor on Thursday from 4-9 PM. Funeral Mass, St. Ann's Church on Friday 10 AM. Interment will take place in Cumbe Cemeterio in Cumbe Equador.
