Robert G. Zachman of Ossining, formerly of Elmsford, died February 20, 2017, he was 83. He was born October 21, 1933 in Bronx, NY to Guss & Matilda (Melish) Zachman. Robert served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He worked for the ASPCA in Manhattan and the Bronx as a foreman. Robert is survived by his wife Rosemary of Ossining, son Curt & his wife Robbie, daughter Laura, brothers Philip & Donald and his dogs Rico & Starr. He will be reposing Thursday 4-8pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State Street Ossining where services will be held at 7:30pm, Rev. Anthony Karlic officiating, entombment Friday 11:30am at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Putnam Valley.
