Patricia "Pat" Consaga (nee Furnaro) 82, of Ossining and Wappingers Falls, passed away on January 29, 2024.  She was born on June 27, 1941.

Pat was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.  She found joy in cooking, taking care of her family, and ensuring her home was always immaculate as well as a warm and welcoming place.  Patricia always took care of everyone around her.  Patricia loved making her mother's Italian recipes and preserving family traditions.  Her culinary skills were renowned among all that knew her, and everyone cherished the delicious meals she prepared with love.

Pat grew up in the restaurant business. Her parents Elisa and Anthony (Ducky) Furnaro owned the Central Grill in Ossining and then The Wishing Well restaurant in Briarcliff into the late 1960's.

Pat is survived by her loving husband Thomas, her daughter Karen, her sons Thomas and Tony, her grandchildren Tricia, Katharine, and Tommy.  She was preceded in death by her parents Elisa ("Mema") and Anthony ("Ducky").

A ceremony to celebrate Pat's life will be held at St. Theresa's church.  In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to Angels of Light (www.angelsoflighthv.org) in Patricia Consaga's memory.

Patricia Consaga will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.  She leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and delicious meals that will be cherished by her family for generations to come.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday February 2, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Theresa's Church in Briarcliff Manor, NY. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery, Ossining, NY.
