Kevin M. McFadden, 62, died peacefully on November 2, 2015. He had been waging a long battle with cancer. A lifelong resident of Briarcliff Manor, Kevin was born to parents John (deceased) and Sylvia McFadden on August 29, 1953; and grew up with his four brothers: Jack, Dan, Tim, and Phil.

As a teen, he excelled in all sports, especially baseball, basketball and football.  He is still remembered by many for his athletic talent, which brought Briarcliff High School many victories. After high school, Kevin was employed by the Greenrock Corporation, which maintains the Nelson Rockefeller Estate.  Later, he worked for the Village of Briarcliff Manor Department of Public Works for more than 32 years.  He was well known throughout the village and worked closely with the Briarcliff Garden Club, taking pride in maintaining numerous plantings and gardens for the beautification of the village.

Kevin was a beloved member of the community and will be dearly missed.
