Josephine Pugliese of Briarcliff Manor, New York passed away on August 7, 2016 after a brief illness.  She was born in Mt. Vernon, New York on April 24, 1931 to the late Richard Madatto and Rose Licursi Madatto.  On November 22, 1931, Josephine married the "love of her life, Frank Pugliese at Our Lady of Victory Church in Mt. Vernon, New York.  She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank, her sister, Carol Martinelli, and her brother, Peter Madatto.  Josephine is survived by her three children, Diane, Debbie (Mike), and Joseph (Cathy).  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kelly (Sam), Korey, Michael, Jeffrey, Laura, Joseph, and Alex as well as her great granddaughter, Emma.  In addition, she is survived by her brother-in law, Angelo Martinelli and many nieces and nephews.
