John T. Heagle 56, of Croton, N.Y. and formerly of Briarcliff Manor, N.Y. died suddenly on August 19, 2018. He was born on Jan. 30, 1962 in Yonkers, N.Y. the son of Peter and Ellen (nee Lively) Heagle. He was former owner-operator of Paragon Fitness in Ossining, N.Y., Gold's Gym in Croton, N.Y. , Adrenalin Gym in Peekskill, N.Y. and CKO Kick Boxing in Peekskill, N.Y. John is survived by his loving partner, Jennifer Zelop of Croton, N.Y. and her children, Will and Sean Minihan of Croton, N.Y. whom he loved very much. John is also survived by his siblings, Nancy Heagle of Phoenicia, N.Y., Brenda (John) Baker of Louisville, KY and Thomas (Jennifer) Shortell of Holly Springs, GA. also survived by his biological father, Dave Shortell of Munnsville, N.Y. and wife, Anne. Also survived by his eight nieces and nephews and three great nieces and nephews. Reposing, Waterbury & Kelly Funeral Home, Ossining, N.Y. on Friday, 4-9 PM. Where Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 10 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations to woundedwarriors  would be appreciated.
