IN MEMORIAM

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Howard Dale, 73, and long-time resident of Briarcliff Manor, NY. A British citizen, Howard enjoyed a long career at UNICEF New York, where he met Eirah Gorre-Dale, to whom he was married for almost 40 years until her passing in 2020. "H", as he was affectionately called by his family, was an avid photographer https://hgdphotography.org and cat lover. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Briarcliff Manor Historical Society https://briarcliffhistory.org/donate, where Howard dedicated so much of his time and energy over the last few years. He is survived by two daughters and five grandchildren. There will be a small, informal gathering of family and friends on Saturday, January 31st at 3 Westerly, Ossining, NY 10562 to toast his life and share memories together.
