Elvira Cassieri, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2015 at the age of 94. She was born in New York City on March 27, 1921 to Joseph and Carmela Romano. Elvira was a talented dressmaker and worked with designer salons during the 1940's and 1950's. She is pre-deceased by her beloved husband Mario and sister Rose Maglietta and  brother John Romano. She is survived by her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Her love of family was evident in everything she did.
