Edward L. Pavone, a resident of Cortlandt Manor passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020.  Ed was born in Mt. Kisco, NY on March 21, 1938 and was the son of the late Gaetano and Virginia (Tranquilla) Pavone.  He was 82.  He was a retired teamster and Georgia Pacific worker. Those who knew him knew he was the "Jack of all trades". Locally, he was a member of the Mt. Carmel Society, Elks Club, and Moose Lodge. He was also a member of Senate Hook and Ladder Fire Dept. Edward is survived by his two children, April (Ralph) Sedlmayer, and Edward (Marlo) Pavone. He is also survived by his sister, Laura (James) Pousada, his grandchildren; Amanda (Keith) Kisslinger, Alison (Paul) Hammel, Ralphie Sedlmayer, Edward Pavone, Logan Pavone, and Cullum Pavone, his great grandchildren; Tyler, Hailey, EJ, Charlotte, and William, along with many nieces and nephews. Edward was predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth (Betty) and 3 sisters and 5 brothers.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, October 11th from 2pm – 6pm at Leach and Thomas Funeral Home in Ossining, NY.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann's church in Ossining, NY Monday at 10am.  Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Verplanck, NY.
