Delcia Guillen, 99 of Ossining, New York passed away on Saturday November 21, 2020. Delcia grew up in Montevideo, Uruguay and was married to Fransisco Guillen. She is survived by her children, John A and Leda Guillen along with her grandchildren, Sandra Torres, Jaime and John C. Guillen as well as her great grand children, Alison Cordova and Bruno Sosa, Sophia Giuffra, Matias Torres and Angel Guillen-See and Great great grand children, Justin Amadiz and Lucas Cordova.
