Obituary
Carlos E. Alarcon, 82, a long time Ossining resident, died Wednesday April 8, 2020, at Hudson Valley Hospital. He is survived by his 3 children, Carlos R (Roseanna) Alarcon, Luis A (Luisa) Alarcon, Marjorie (David) Smith. 7 grandchildren, Enrico, Tristan and Emilio Alarcon, Jaya Smith, Daniela, Flor and Wesley Alarcon. He was pre deceased by his ex wife Maria Bernis-Rojas. All services will be private.
