On March 23, 2023 Ann McCudden of Ossining, NY passed away peacefully at age of 85 surrounded by her family. Ann was born on Nov. 6, 1937 in the Bronx, NY to the late Thomas and Margaret (nee Queenan) McPhillips. Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. To know her was to love her. She often had a very busy schedule full of trips, meals and fun plans with friends and family. She was full of life and always kept her loved ones of their toes. Ann volunteered with St. Theresa's School in Briarcliff and was a member of the Red Hats.

Ann was predeceased by her devoted husband Francis McCudden in 2007, her daughter Patricia McCudden in 1980 and two sisters and one brother. Ann is survived by her loving daughters Mary Migliore of Verplanck, NY, Maureen (Kevin) Rynn of Brookfield, CT, her five cherished grandchildren Kelly (Rob) Ingram, Julie Migliore, Deanna (Paul) DiLemme, Francis Carey, Jamie Migliore as well as five great grandchildren.

Reposing, Waterbury & Kelly Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, St. Theresa's Church, Briarcliff Manor, NY on Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY to follow. In lieu of flowers donations in Ann's name to Making Headway Foundation at www.makingheadway.org would be appreciated.
