Gus passed away peacefully at the VIP Care Pavilion in Margate Florida on October 24, 2016.  Gus was born in the Bronx, NY to Francesco and Maria Paese on November 14, 1926.  He and his deceased wife, Joan P Paese, were former longtime residents of Ossining NY.  Gus leaves behind his youngest brother, Salvatore Paese of Parkland Florida and nieces and nephews.  Gus was a Civil Engineer working for the Towns of Tarrytown and Ossining before ending his career in private practice.  He was also a Korean War Veteran and spent many years organizing the weekly collections of the St. Theresa Church in Briarcliff Manor.  Visitation will be Friday October 28th from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.  A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday October 29th at St. Theresa Church Briarcliff Manor NY at 10:00am with entombment to follow at Ferncliff Cemetery.
