Anne Marie Gargiulo

Anne Marie Gargiulo, of Ossining & Bronx, NY, devoted wife of 66 years to the late Albert Daniel, passed away on April 8, 2018, one week before her 94th birthday.  She was surrounded by her adoring family.  Born in Harlem, NY, on April 15, 1924, Anne Marie was daughter of Enrico & Adelaide (Pisani) Casale, sister of Philomena, Frank, & Gloria Daly. She is survived by her children, Diane Greenwald (Larry), Gloria McQuaid (Michael) & Anne Marie DiScala (Jerry).  She was extremely proud of & will be greatly missed by her loving grandsons, Sean & Daniel McQuaid. A graduate of Evander Childs HS & Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School, Anne worked for the Prudential Insurance, Burlington Industries & Hagedorn Insurance Co. A skilled bookkeeper & secretary, Anne volunteered at the Franciscan Missions, Red Cross, St. Ann’s Church, & served as Class Grandmother in Ossining.  Her door was always open, offering a huge smile, warm greetings & her delicious food to family & friends.  Her strength, kindness & generosity were felt by all. She had a zest for life, especially on the dance floor. er faith,HerFamily will receive visitors on Friday, April 13 from 4-8 PM at Waterbury & Kelly Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 14 at 10 AM at St. Ann’s RC Church, 25 Eastern Ave., Ossining, NY.  Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to My Second Home, 95 Radio Circle, Mt.
